VINCO is honored to be the trusted supplier for BGG’s 250-unit apartment development in Oklahoma, a project designed to meet modern architectural trends while addressing local climate conditions. The development includes a variety of apartment types, from studios to multi-bedroom suites. In the first phase, VINCO provided high-performance storefront systems and fiberglass doors that meet the stringent Oklahoma building codes. Future phases will include fixed windows, casement windows, and other custom solutions, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal in line with local regulations and environmental needs.
Challenge
1-Custom System Design: The project presented a challenge in designing doors and windows that adhered to Oklahoma's strict building regulations, such as wind resistance and thermal insulation requirements. Additionally, the systems needed to match modern design trends, requiring custom solutions tailored to local needs.
2-Short Delivery Timelines: With an aggressive construction schedule, the project demanded on-time delivery of high-quality products. Timely production and shipping were critical to ensure that each phase of the project proceeded without delays.

1-SF115 Storefront System:
Double Commercial Doors: Featuring an ADA-compliant threshold for accessibility and ease of use.
Glass Configuration: Double-glazed, tempered glass that provides excellent insulation and safety.
6mm Low-E Glass: XETS160 (silver-gray, 53% visible light transmission) offers energy savings, UV protection, and increased comfort.
12AR Black Frame: Modern design with a sleek black frame to enhance aesthetic appeal.
2- Fiberglass Doors:
Standard Threshold: Ensures smooth transition across the doorway.
Frame Wall Thickness: 6 9/16 inches for stability and robustness.
Spring Hinges: Two spring-loaded and one regular hinge for smooth, reliable operation.
Elegant Mesh Screen: Left-to-right sliding mesh that ensures ventilation while keeping pests out.
Glass Configuration: 3.2mm Low-E glass with a 19mm insulated cavity and 3.2mm tinted glass (50% light transmittance) ensures energy efficiency, sound insulation, and comfort.
